Libby Vassmer represents community associations, real estate investors, and property operators throughout Illinois and Indiana, with a focus on assessment collections, evictions, and the enforcement of governing documents.
She joined Rooney Law as a partner after serving as managing partner of Costello, Sury & Rooney, P.C. in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. There she led the firm’s collections practice and advised boards and property managers on compliance with governing documents, rule enforcement, and the resolution of disputes with owners.
She has practiced in Illinois since 2015 and was admitted in Indiana in 2022, and she represents association clients before the courts of both states as well as the Northern District of Illinois.
