Legal Assistant
Location: Geneva, Illinois
Front-of-house and back-office for the whole practice: client intake and scheduling, court filings, document management, billing support, and keeping the firm's systems accurate. Suits someone organized and unflappable who would rather own a process than be handed a task list. Prior legal or property-management experience helps; comfort with software is required.

You will draft governing documents and transaction papers, advise boards and owners directly, and handle contested matters with support rather than supervision. Illinois licensed, strong writer, willing to be in court.
